Description
Built for trail rides, hiking and touring, the Marine Neo Hydration Pack delivers easy-access hydration with a compact, body-hugging fit. The lightweight pack features a convenient left shoulder strap buckle for easy wearing, even over a riding jacket. The storage pocket is easily accessible, even while seated on your motorcycle, allowing you to carry essentials with you on your ride.

Comes with an included 2-liter HydraPak™️ Elite DSL Reversible Reservoir which can withstand a wide range of temperatures, from freezing to a maximum of 60°C
Made with durable TPU material and RF welded seams,Hydrapak Bladder includes a blaster bite valve that self seals after each sip, preventing leaks when not in use.
Ergonomic,bounce-free harness system with adjustable straps for a snug, stable fit.
Construction & Durability
Built for the rigours of daily use, the Marine Neo features abrasion-resistant Ripstop fabric that resists tears and wear from repeated handling. All joints are triple-stitched for added strength, with bar-tacks at stress points to prevent wear. Tear-resistant webbing and ISO-certified fittings ensure long-lasting reliability, while the soft gray inner lining improves visibility of packed items.
Volume and Compartments
Total capacity: 2L hydration bladder + additional storage
The Marine Neo features a dedicated compartment for the hydration bladder with a secure Velcro loop to keep it in place. A zippered stash pocket offers space for essentials like energy bars, wallet, or keys. Elastic mesh panels and internal sleeves help organize small items, while exterior compression points ensure the pack stays compact and snug on fast-paced rides.

Crafted from lightweight ripstop fabric, the Marine Neo is built to handle the demands of trail riding and touring. Made with durable TPU material and RF welded seams, the 2-liter Elite DSL Reversible Reservoir from HydraPak™️ can withstand a wide range of temperatures. Padded back panels and breathable mesh shoulder straps add comfort without compromising durability.
Mounting Overview
Designed as a wearable pack, the Marine Neo features adjustable, padded shoulder and chest straps for a secure, no-bounce fit on any rider. The ergonomic harness system keeps the pack snug against your back, even on rough trails. Quick-release buckles make it easy to gear up or strip down, and the low-profile form factor ensures zero interference with helmets or jackets.
Wash and Care
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth using mild soap and water
- Avoid bleach, stain removers, or harsh chemicals
- Use a soft brush for stubborn stains (Note: Using the brush could lead to piling which will not be covered under warranty.)
- Air dry completely before storage
- Store away from heat sources or direct sunlight
- Do not fold or compress into tight spaces, can damage fabric coating
- Do not machine wash, dry-clean, soak or tumble dry
- Altering the bag or using unauthorized repairs voids warranty
Things to Remember
- After each ride, empty and rinse the hydration bladder to prevent residue build-up.
- Store with the cap open to air-dry fully.
- Do not overfill the bladder or compress the pack tightly when storing, this helps preserve the hose and internal structure.
