Shipping Charges

In case of an exchange, the customer must bear the two-way shipping cost.

Damage or Loss in Transit

Once the product is handed over to the courier partner, AH Helmets is not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss during transit.

Any claims regarding damage or loss must be raised directly with the courier company.

Customers are advised to check the parcel at the time of delivery and refuse it if the package is visibly damaged.
