• Proof of Purchase Required
  Original invoice or purchase receipt must be provided when raising a warranty claim. No claim will be accepted without valid proof.
• Warranty Covers Only Manufacturing Defects
  The warranty does not cover:
• Damage due to incorrect installation or mishandling
• Wear and tear from normal usage
• Electrical surges or short circuits caused by improper wiring
• Damage due to accidents, falls, or negligence
• Shipping for Claim to Be Borne by Customer
  For outstation warranty claims, customers are responsible for safely shipping the product to the service center. SIMTAC will return the repaired/replaced unit at no extra cost.
